This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of HireFast Inc. (“HireFast”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including how we treat your personal information when (1) you interact with website at https://app.hirefast.ai or any of our other websites that directly link to this Privacy Policy (“Site”), (2) you interact with third party sources that we obtain information from for our platform (the “Platform”), or (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by email, direct messaging, or telephone (“Communications”). Communications, the Platform and the Site are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Services”.

1. What Information We Collect and How We Collect it

We may collect personally identifiable information related to the following categories of information:

• Basic Identifying Information: First and last name;
• Contact Information: E-mail address and phone number;
• Demographic Information: Age, date of birth, and gender;
• Device Identifier and Other Unique Identifiers: Internet protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, cookies, and other unique identifiers when you interact with our Site or Platform;
• Internet and Other Network Activity: Information regarding your interactions with our Site and Platform including functions used, referring pages, and usage log data;
• Payment Information: information related to your purchases through the Platform, which may include date of purchases, transaction history, and limited payment transaction data including the last four digits of your credit card used. • Employment Information: Employer, job title, published or public projects;
• Resume Information: Past employment history and education information; and
• Inferences: Information such as inferences drawn from or created based on the information identified above.

2. Sources of Data

• Directly from you: We collect information directly from you when you enter your information on our Site or Platform, access our content, or engage in Communications with us.
• Automatically Using Online Technologies: When you visit our Site, use our Platform or open or click on emails that we send you or related Communications, we or other third parties may automatically collect certain information about you using online tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, web beacons, and related technologies. • From Third-Party Sources: We collect information from third parties including publicly available information as well as from third-party sources that we have purchased information from.

3. Cookies and Related Online Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other similar online tracking technologies to gather information about you when you use our Site, and engage with our Communications. 4. Payment Processor

Currently, we use Stripe as our payment processor to process payments from you for any charges incurred in connection with your accounts when using the Platform. When you make a payment, you will be providing your information directly to our payment processor and not to us. Our payment processor will process the payment and then share with us limited data related to such transaction.

The processing of payments is subject to the privacy policies of the payment processor.

5. How We Use Your Information

In general, we only use your information as follows:

• We use the information you to deliver the Site and Platform to you and our business customers.
• We may also use your contact information for Communications with you including Communications about HireFast and/or its respective service offerings.
• We may use the information as needed for your payments to be processed.
• We may use your information for marketing research.
• We may use your information to analyze, evaluate and/or improve the Site and Platform.
• We use information to detect, investigate, prevent or take action regarding possible malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, as well as to enforce our terms, prevent security incidents and other users of our Site and Platform.
• We may also process your information to meet our other compliance and regulatory duties or protect and defend the rights or property of HireFast.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may also use anonymous, de-identified, or aggregate information that does not reasonably identify you for any purpose.

6. Who We May Share Your Information With

In general, we only share your information as follows:

• To Our Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties who provide services to us or to whom we outsource certain services, such as website analytics companies, hosting and cloud computing service providers, and payment processors.
• To Our Business Customers: We provide services to business customers looking to hire employees for specific roles, and your information may be shared with such business customer where their search parameters match information related to you.
• Business Transactions: We may share your information in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of certain of our ownership interests, assets, or both, or other corporate change, including without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.
• For Legal Process and Protection: We may share your information when we are required to do so by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or in connection with claims, disputes or litigation.
• Protect Our Rights: We may share your information in order to protect and defend the rights or property of HireFast, including our Site.

The Site and Platform may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by others. You should review the privacy notices of any other website you may be redirected to from our Site and Platform, as we have no control over the practices of these third parties.

8. Keeping Your Information Secure

We use reasonable, standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no method of online transmission is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for using a strong password and keeping it confidential.

9. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site and Platform to you and for us to comply with the law. We may retain your information for longer periods in order to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with our Site and Platform, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may also maintain residual copies of your personal information in our backup systems.

HireFast is based in, and operates from, the United States. If you are located in other jurisdictions, please note that as part of our service, we may transfer your personal information to other regions, including to the United States. These countries may not guarantee the same level of protection for personal information and judicial redress as the country in which you reside.

Accounts

You may access, update, or remove certain information that you have provided to us through your account by visiting your account settings or sending an email to the email address set out in the “Contact Us” section below. We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity. Please note that we will retain and use information about you as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Communications

We may send you marketing communications, about our services that may interest you. You can opt out of our marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please understand though that some non-marketing communications are not subject to this opt-out, such as communications relating to services we are providing you, sales transactions, software updates and other support related information, patches and fixes.

• E-mails: You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or emailing us at the email address set out in the “Contact Us” section below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email.

Please note that your opt out is limited to the email address and device used and will not affect devices or contact information used.

Tracking Technologies

The Site and Platform may contain links to other websites. Our Privacy Policy applies only to our Site and any data collection from Platform, but does not apply to any third party website or service. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will make such updates available on our Site or posted on our Platform. Please review our Privacy Policy periodically for changes. If we make material changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice of such by email or through a notice on our Site or Platform.

Our Site and Platform are not intended for children under the age of 13. This includes any links to other websites that we provide for our convenience. We don’t knowingly collect the information of children under 13 for any reason.
